Participants in this study will be randomized to one of the following drug regimens:

a) Atazanavir + ritonavir + truvada

or

b) Raltegravir + truvada

or

c) Darunavir + ritonavir + truvada

Key requirements :

• HIV positive men and women 18 years of age or older
• You must be treatment naive (never used anti-HIV drugs)
• You must have a viral load greater than or equal to 1000 copies

You cannot be:

• Pregnant
• Breast feeding
• Taking immunomodulators
